The start of my real estate career began at the peak of the 2008 Housing crash. As a new investor I had to adapt very quickly to housing regulations, financing, and negotiation. Navigating alone through the intricacies of the most important financial decision of my life was at first a disaster, and I found out very quickly how important it was to have someone fighting on your behalf. Years later - It was until I helped some friends purchase and sell real estate did I realize I had a deeper passion in the more personal aspects of investing. I became a real estate broker in my favorite city, and I help new investors and first-time home buyers begin their journey of financial independence.
